Separate deployment environments
Sites source version 117 was inspected before this legal update. It uses a worker, D1 and R2 with account, role and organization checks for private access. Updating Sites does not automatically update techedone.com on Hostinger.
Project history describes Hostinger Cloud Professional and Node.js / MySQL, but does not establish the current plan, installed release or data-centre country. Account records and provider agreements must be checked before making those claims.
Thailand data-residency requirement
The project's earlier requirement was to keep Thai users' data in Thailand. Evidence does not yet establish that databases, files, backups, logs and subprocessors all satisfy it. Keep this as an acceptance requirement before importing real data subject to that condition.
Thai PDPA does not automatically require every category of personal data to remain in Thailand. International transfers have conditions, while customer contracts or sector-specific laws may be stricter.
Before real customer use
Confirm the contracting entity and legal contact address, systems, processors, subprocessors, storage and access countries, processing and transfer agreements, and customer residency requirements.
Complete processing records, category-level retention schedules, rights-request ownership and incident response. Assess DPO duties against actual activities. Verify that declining or withdrawing optional cookies really stops relevant trackers.
Have qualified counsel assess provider and consumer contracts, copyright, unfair terms, electronic transactions and digital-platform obligations for the actual business model and scale, including foreign markets. Publishing terms does not establish compliance with every law.
Before live collections, separately verify payment providers, refunds, taxes, receipts and reconciliation. This release does not enable them or change existing commercial agreements.
