Ownership and permission
An instructor, author or image creator may not own all rights. Check employment, commissions, assignments, publisher agreements and licences. Evidence must cover content, portraits, logos, fonts, illustrations, video, music, sample work and depicted persons' rights.
Identify relevant items or IDs, permitted uses, channels, territories, duration and expiry. Do not upload entire contracts unnecessarily; redact unrelated prices, confidential terms and third-party data.
Existing platform agreements
Non-exclusive: use only material you are entitled to use without breaching other obligations. Exclusive rights for a course, video, book, territory or period require written permission, a waiver or expiry before overlapping use.
Non-compete, non-solicitation and confidentiality clauses require review of the actual agreement, scope, duration and governing law. They are not automatically invalid. Renaming or minor changes do not bypass obligations.
Choose 'unsure' to save a draft or submit for review. Unresolved declarations do not pass rights checks for provider approval in the new workflow. Provider approval does not clear every future work.
Permission granted to One
Owners retain their rights. For new submissions accepting this edition, One receives only non-exclusive permission necessary to store, preview, technically format, deliver services and promote the items selected for publication within the authorized scope. Ownership is not transferred wholesale.
This does not automatically authorize sublicensing for resale, substantive adaptation, translation or general AI-model training. Such uses require separate agreement. Any co-funded exclusivity must specify works, channels, duration and consideration in a separate contract.
On withdrawal, stop new promotional use through the applicable process, accounting for existing learners' rights, legal retention and actual backup pruning. One does not promise to erase every internet copy or prevent every screenshot.
Evidence and review
Provider applications reuse existing records and IDs and retain ownership, obligations, scope, territory, duration and private evidence. Only authorized organization members and assigned reviewers can access the documents.
Reviewers inspect evidence and record reasons, actor, time and reviewed edition in ONE OPERATIONS. Request evidence or corrections where unclear; a checkbox alone does not clear rights. Recheck expiry before publication or reuse.
Report or dispute infringement
Email info@techeducationth.com, copying corporate@th-tiis.com, with your contact, the work or URL, evidence of rights or authority and the facts of the alleged infringement. Include only necessary evidence, never passwords.
Staff check completeness, contact relevant parties and allow responses as appropriate. Access may be restricted during review on reasonable grounds; legal orders and procedures must be followed and reasons recorded. A complaint does not automatically delete content or refund payments.
Provider declarations do not remove One's legal duties or replace applicable statutory notice-and-takedown procedures.
